With the tournament 4 weeks away, B Squad has its full compliment of 40 players. A Squad has only 5 at this time so there is plenty of spots there for anyone looking to enter.

There are 26 interstate entries at this time and 19 South Australians.

Male entries 34, female entries 11, so the male prize fund looks like being increased, but we need more females to make that field worthwhile. Will post actual squad listings tomorrow.

Brenton, I hope you were not intimating that Ladies Div. would be wiped out! With 3 Qld. ladies (?) and maybe another entry from up here in God's country, and all our bookings made - you wouldn't do that, would you....maybe a Prize Fund adjustment to make it more worthwhile - us ladies are used to bowling for next to no $$$$$.
You were never going to get 30 entries in Ladies Div. and WE entered knowing that, but with 4 weeks still to go, I'm sure you will get a reasonable turnout..

We are really looking forward to our jaunt around the Barossa on the Monday - us uncouth Q'ld bowlers just love a 'swan' - just ask Glenys!!

I would just like to congratulate Jagga Morgan and Jeanette Baker on winning their respective divisions of the inaugural Brunswick S.A. Senior Classic today at Village Bowl.
