If you know a little bit about Microsoft Office Excel (spreadsheets) you can play around with that a bit and get some tricky formulas to keep track of your league statistics. Thats what i currently use anyway.

I've only just started bowling again, and have been working on my own webapp to keep track of my scores (and atrocious sparing ability). Unsure if anyone else would be interested, as it's not much use if you don't keep track of your frame scores
I have every score I have bowled from the past few years on spreadsheets in MS Office. This works 4 me. If I want a specific statistic, or want a graph to show trends, this program does it for me.
But then again, spreadsheets can be tricky if you havent used em b4... like everything practice makes perfect!

Well, I never did decide on this. It seems that you can get 12 strikes per game, while only ever having 10 spares or 10 opens. Should only the first part of the 10th frame count? Does X63 in the 10th count as open? I'm a little rusty
