Bowling alley for Phillip Island?

I heard recently that a complex down in Cowes is fully drawn up and selling as we speak, complete with a bowling alley. Sure enough, advertisments in a local real estate agent confirmed that this project is going ahead. 'The bowling alley is coming to Cowes' adorned a nice poster at a Real Estate office in Cowes.

For anyone who knows the Island, the site is across the road from Mitre 10, next to the new auto car wash. I was wondering if anyone had any information on this project, whether it will be a 'bowling bar/ cafe' type project, and any thoughts on the success of such a project? Sounds interesting anyway!

Some more detailed information from the real estate confirms that an 8 lane bowling centre will definitely be constructed, accompanied by a restaurant and several retail/residential properties of varying size starting from $275,000 each. The complex will be situated at 209 - 213 Settlement Road, Cowes.
