TOURNAMENT RULES AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
DAY 1
- Check in opens at 12.00noon and closes at 12.30. Anybody not checked in by that time will forfeit their entry
- This tournament is a handicapped event, all handicaps will be calculated at 60% of 200. Pinfall will carry through for the entire event.
- All bowlers will bowl 8 games qualifying in one squad, the top 16 bowlers from qualifying will be required to return on the Sunday for stage 2.
DAY 2
- All bowlers qualifying for stage 2 are required to have signed in no later than 9:45am on the bowl clock. No late comer discussions will be entered into.
- Bowlers will bowl a further 3 games with pinfall carried over from stage 1.
- The top 8 bowlers after stage 2 will then bowl 7 games matchplay with bonus pins system. 30 pins for a win and 15 pins for a draw.
- The bowler with the highest total pinfall with handicap upon the conclusion of the event will be declared the winner.
GENERAL
- Bowlers must use their highest current league average at any centre over a minimum of 18 games.
- The tournament director has the right to re-grade any bowler prior to the tournament commencing.
- Any disputes arising not covered in these rules shall be resolved by the tournament directror whose decision will be final.
- This is an unsanctioned tournament
- Prize fund is based on 40 entries. If more or less entries are received the prize fund will be adjusted accordingly.
