Was only wondering this a few minutes ago but is what guys like Belmo and Osku do an influence on young players in the same way as Roth and Holmans power games shaped a whole generation in the 80's and 90's?

Actually wondering who this coach who gave him that advice at the time was, i've certainly got my theories as to who.......
