Back-up bowlers please respond

Coach Garvin is undertaking a full comprehensive study on back-up releases.
Attached are two documents to download.
You are most welcome to post feedback on Total Bowling or privately send your response to Tiffany Laine Coaching.
We want feedback from bowlers, Coaches, Ball drillers and anyone else who can provide input into this program.
The initial closing off time is at the end of August 2007 to provide feedback. All data obtained during this time will be used. Any late data could be used so still keep adding content.
We do need bowlers to be active to attend forums so please register your interest regardless where you live in Australia.
If there has been any study into back-up release please let me know and provide a contact name and number so it can be considered. To date, I have found nothing to teach back-up release.
Lets get behind this intensive study and assist all back-up bowlers out there.
Cheers
Coach Garvin

Each High Performance Coach as part of their updating requirements in our coaching stream has a research project, chosen by them, to conduct in any manner, in their own time and at their own expense. The TBA Coaching Network then have the opportunity to view the material during a High Performance Camp, questioning the presenter, the research manner, material on offer and the results of any testing with specialists present (biomechanists, strength and conditioning providers, physiotherapists, sports psychologists etc). Of course not all coaches agree with each subject or subject matter but they all have the opportunity to question, object, have input, discard or accept in the appropriate environment with their peers.

After the Junior Olympic Gold tourney in the US recently 'backup' might not be such a dirty word!!

Right handed backup bowlers are all cheats.

They use the easy side of the lane, and being right handed, have a brain! Plus they don't trip over when they get their feet on the other side of the big dot. :D

Thanks for those bowlers who have provided feedback already. I do need more so please get behind this initiative.

Having your say now will help the bowlers of the future.

Thank you

Coach Garvin
