Hi all. ive decided to return to bowling after a 10 year absence. I need some advice!
when i gave it up, my average was 195 and bowled with a 14lb reactive- (dont ask me which oone i dont remember) and was told im a "swing" bowler
Im bowling with a good old 11lb strikeline, conventionally drilled and bowled 1st day back a 159 and a 124.
Im just concentrating on bowling a classic straight line (back to basics) and when should i think about moving up my game and buying a new ball + fingertip drilled?
Im an average sized mid 20 aged woman, what weight should i be aiming for (i dont think i could bowl with a 14 lbr for a LONG time yet)
Truthfully i dont remember much of what i should be doing, or hook styles or what not as at the time i was a junior and obviously has my mind on OTHER things...so a plan on how to progress and a goal in mind will be helpful!
