I was under the impression that our team was selected from amongst the current members of the NTS (National Training Squad)

But then again, I'm probably wrong as we haven't had a publishe for thinking the TBA might be on top of things NTS for the men since 2006. Maybe the TBA changed the criteria and forgot to change the official policy..Silly me for even thinking that the current TBA had a handle on it's own policies.

Well there wasn't a training squad last yr as the Women and Youth Bowlers both had Camps to decide the Team. So i'm guessing the same will be done this year.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, however, I doubt I would be eligible this year as I am not even trying out for Rachuig, contrary to the rumours floating around SA (thanks Chris!). Even if I was eligible, I would not be trying out as I have neither the time, nor theinclination to do so. maybe when I am eligible for Over 50's, but not likely before.
