After a tie in the first round between Evelyn O'Donnell and Sue Hancl the next round was delayed as they had to fight out another 2 game battle to break the tie. Evelyn won the re-bowl by only 2 pins.

In the men's division it was like ground hog day when Geoff Harris and Alan Gary also tied in their 2nd round match. The have also had to re-bowl these games in order to break the tie.

Restricted Masters Winners : Gail May (Qld) and Jeff Kemp (NSW).

Gail took the title back to Queensland for a 5th straight year in the ladies division while Jeff won back to back titles. Congratulations to both.
