With a reasonable condition laid down and only a few minor stoppages, the results for todays tournament, were again too close to call early anyone a definite winner.
Congrates to Brian Looby who led the first Squad in the Mens Scratch and was able to stay there. ( went walkabout during the second squad )ahead of Animal by 93 pins
High game for the Mens scratch went to Albert Mazzoni 269
Mens Restricted winner was Jimmy Tray with a 67 pin lead from newcomer John Canning
High game went to John Filko 241
Coming out of the blocks with a new Black Widow Pearl ( and handled it well) was Ladies winner Mary Blackmore 43 pins ahead of 2nd place getter Delores Dunlop.
Mary also had the high game of 222
