It's taken a while but I finally did it.
There a few people I would like to thank. First of all my coach Cara Honeychurch found a way to keep me bowling when the right knee was telling me it was time to give it up. She was also able to convert someone with a very unorthodox style to something more technically correct while working on what I can do rather than harpering on what I can't due to my physical limitations. I've made more progress since she started coaching me 12 months ago than I had over the previous 16 years. It's to her I dedicate my first 300.
I would also like to thank Adrian (the ultimate motivator), Danial, Petroula and Jimmy for all their support. We've been friends through the good and bad times and no matter what, they've been there when ever I needed them.
Finally to the High Rollers league at Forest Hill your support last night was fantastic. I honestly felt the entire league willing me on to complete what I came so close to doing 12 months ago.
To answer your question Chris they only thing I was thinking of was to make a good shot.
