2012 Holt Challenge Victoria Team Trials

[Holt Challenge Victoria]

This is your chance to be part of a representative team in a National tournament.

The 2012 Holt Challenge Victoria trials for the Classic ans Restricted teams will be held at AMF Moorabbin on the 3rd and 4th of March.

The trials will be conducted over two days with seven games being bowled each day.

The average cutoff for the Classic team is 199 for Men and 189 for Women, and for the Restricted team is 184 for Men and 174 for Women, as at 31 December 2011.

Nomination fee is $150 if you are nominating for one team or if you are nominating for both teams an additional $50 is required.

Entries close Midnight 26th February2012.

The 2012 Holt Challenge Carnival will be held at Kirwin Tenpin and Squash, Townsville from the 12th August until 23rd August 2012.

Win A Spot

Sunday 26th February 10am, Moorabbin are holding a win-a-spot tournament, the winner will recieve free entry into the Holt Team Trials to be conducted on 3/4 March. Pattern will be the pattern used for the Holt team trials. Format will be 6 games plus handicap, cost is $40.

I Like the idea of a win a spot in this format, another great idea that could be used by other zones to promote and foster Darrell Holt to the Bowling community and spread the word and also to give a bowler the opportunity at winning a spot in the roll off. Keep up the good work Victoria and lets hope these ideas can be taken on as a means to promote.
