Hi All
I know this is a bit early and it is not on until October but I was just interested in finding out if many bowlers from South Australia will be attending or competing at this years Masters. Would also like to hear from anyone who has competed previously and what there experience was like.
The reason for this is my mum who lives in Darwin is competing in the Lawn Bowls and she wants me to drive up and spend the 10 days with her and I thought while I was there I might have a go in the tenpin myself. I have only been bowling for six months and my average is a bit low still but I would still like to experience a Tournament. Would this be a good one to start on? I still have 8 months to lift my average and am now playing league twice a week all Tournaments that are held at my local are either at night or on the weekends and being a single mum I find it hard to compete in any of these.
