Attached is a copy of entry forms for Bumper Junior and Youth Championships
to be held at Caboolture for the month of August.

P.S. Please be aware that the South Queensland Youth roll off will be held at the end of August. Why not use the championships as a warm up event?

Please note for actually forms to submit your teams double & singles etc please see your local centre or ring us Caboolture on 5495-6000 for forms to be posted out

We have just mailed out forms to about 15 centres , so hopefully one of them is yours.

Our Junior /Youth Chamionships are the best, hence the 5 weekends needed to run all squads. Have a go plenty of prize money up for grabs
