Maybe, you could look at hire of the centre for those 2 hours and run a tournament at last - at $1 per game, I am sure you would get a big turnout at a cheap entry fee !!!
2 hours - based on 40 bowlers
6 games @ $1
entry fee - $30 - plus Meat tray raffle - profit $50
prize fund - $980
