My condolences to Sandy and family. Tom was the toughest competitor ever, no one gave more than he did. He was greatly respected and admired for his determination and never give an inch mentality. He will be sadly missed, I have very fond memories of our time together.

Hi John, I love your posts and I was joking about the offence part you wouldn't offend anyone. Brenton brought up the seniors thing, I was just talking about comparing bowling equipment vs golf. There really is no comparison, bowling equipment helps bowlers enormously but golf equipment not so...

Now John I have taken great offence to your article, don't compare Ping golf clubs to bowling balls. Golf is the hardest sport I have tried to play and no matter what technology does to a golf club I will never be able to play like a pro - unlike bowling. Let me know when you shoot six under on...

Vic Bubniw was truly one of the great people in bowling, he was a great bowler to watch but an even greater personality. So many memories of him going back to the 60's. He will always be remembered, RIP.

What's the chance of getting some pins for seniors, even if it's for over 55's as this will get you more entries and make the event bigger next year.

A lovely lady, she will be missed .... I must have met her over 40 years ago.
