I was watching a different game, the end I saw degenerated into two or three slugging matches. It is exactly that behaviour that keeps League in the "low-brow" category and stops it from enjoying the status it could have. On the whole I thought the whole game was pretty scrappy both ways...

If we had more bowlers, you'd have more games by default. If we can get higher numbers, you can have more games next year :) The other trick too is keeping the cost down, lineage will account for most of the entry fee.
